Most of us strive to advance a career. Promotion – expressed appreciation on our abilities, our performance, allowing us to expand our sphere of influence, enhances our confidence, in no small part improves the salary and compensation and improves the quality of life derived from it.
I met a number of these types of people who seek to rise through the ranks and influence, personal imprint and realize their potential. Another type is those who enjoy job security and want to return home safely. Another type is those who fight for promotion, not pounce on every opportunity, but when they are given not refuse.
I believe you or are you reading this now are the guys I mentioned.
As long as your own expectations and the opportunity to have an organization where you work are working in alignment with, the better. Are you happy where you are and the organization produces you the most possible in the existing situation.

I choose to remain in the organization to be created a new situation easier for me.
Another perspective – “not welcome me, do not believe me, do not know what I’m worth, I give my soul, I am better than someone selected / e, I deserve the job, I have what it takes to succeed in the role, I have all the qualifications” I have no choice, and the current situation I have the income, it will be difficult for me to find out the role now for various reasons I choose to stay. A little frustrated, but remains.
Another perspective – I know what I’m worth. The organization and I reached a crossroads. I know and able to quantify the abilities and added value I bring them, I am aware of and appreciate the organization gave me until today. My career is important to me and so I choose to go elsewhere it will bring more benefit and will get bigger impact options and, of course, better economic conditions.
Each of the perspectives of three scenarios – best, worst and it combines both. Decisions made by certainly will consider the scenarios. Any risk perspective, chance and price.
When someone comes to me that he felt stuck in the organization and is worth more than the first task is to identify which strengths and abilities and how they serve the goals of current or future organization.
For example when I could present a major human relations are good, it sounds great and very positive. Human relations are very important. Provided they contribute to profitability, for the purposes and goals of the organization, they harness their employees and subordinates are highly motivated teamwork.
